2. Global Shipping Methods & Timelines
We partner with premier international couriers (including DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS) to guarantee secure delivery for high-value electronic goods.

- Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU): By default, all international shipments are sent DDU. The price paid at checkout covers product costs and international courier transit only.
- Local Fees: The recipient is the importer of record and is solely responsible for any localized import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs brokerage fees applied by your country’s customs authority upon arrival.
- Clearance Delays: Mono Tech Ltd cannot predict these charges and is not liable for customs delays or packages abandoned due to unpaid local fees.
4. Real-Time Tracking & High-Value Insurance
- End-to-End Tracking: Once your package leaves our facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing a direct carrier tracking link will be sent to your inbox. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
5. Lithium Battery & Shipping Restrictions
- Hazardous Material Regulations: In strict compliance with international aviation safety regulations (IATA), orders containing standalone lithium-ion batteries or products with built-in high-capacity batteries may be subject to specialized routing, custom labeling, or extended transit timelines.
- Excluded Addresses: Due to commercial courier limitations and insurance compliance for electronic goods, we cannot ship international orders to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
